Why Phase 3 ?
Maryland is one of the highest employers of Elevator Mechanics according to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics with a prevailing wage of over $40 per hour. This industry is looking to grow over the next decade adding about 3,000 positions yearly. Phase 3 believes this level of income would transport families out of abject poverty and contribute significantly to the economic health of the State. Looking forward, Phase 3 continues to offer more training programs within the elevator repair and maintenance industry that can propel families to financial stability and independence.
